Wellbeing Workshop Series
Join me for a relaxing and inspiring series of practical workshops exploring natural approaches to wellbeing. Each session focuses on a different holistic therapy and provides an opportunity to learn new skills, experience guided relaxation, and take home simple techniques to support your wellbeing.
Across the series you will be introduced to aromatherapy, reflexology, colour therapy, crystal healing and Reiki. These sessions are designed to be welcoming, informative, and interactive, giving you the chance to experience each practice in a calm and supportive environment within a small like minded group.
